New Mobile Games in July: Persona 5, Rustbowl, Chicken Horse
July brings hot new mobile games like Persona 5 Phantom X, Rustbowl Rumble, Feed The Deep, plus major updates to Clash Royale and Boom Beach.

July 2025 opens with new titles and updates on iOS and Android platforms. Sega’s global release of Persona 5: The Phantom X features original Japanese audio and English subtitles. Supercell issued patches for Boom Beach and Clash Royale, the latter adding a turn-based auto-battler mode drawn from its shelved Clash Mini test.
Persona 5: The Phantom X Worldwide Release
After a year of beta tests in Asia, Phantom X arrives with turn-based combat, high-school story scenes and gacha mechanics. Players can carry over progress via cross-save to PC. Level gating and stamina limits may require waiting or in-app purchases to proceed.
Supercell Revamps Boom Beach and Clash Royale
Boom Beach received balance adjustments and bug fixes. Clash Royale introduced “Auto Battler Mode,” adapting elements from Clash Mini’s design. Both updates aim to re-engage existing user bases after periods of low activity.
Kingdom Rush 5: Alliance TD+ on Apple Arcade
Ironhide Studios released Alliance TD+ on Apple Arcade. Users gain full access without additional microtransactions. The game retains tower placement, hero deployment and consumable use from prior entries.
Meteorfall: Rustbowl Rumble Enters Deck-Builder Series
Slothwerks’ Rustbowl Rumble adds four-v-four card battles to the Meteorfall franchise. Turn order, wild-card rules and crowd challenges create variable match conditions. The game offers deep strategy through brawler selection and perk synergies.
